Description :

With 2400 sq.ft  total design area the requirement was to have 3 commercial units and 2 residential units. The basic requirement of the client was to have one residential with increased space usage.

Solution:

The site being a corner plot the commercial units where place facing the primary road with the access to the residential units where given via secondary roads. As a solution to the clients requirement one of the residential unit where designed  with a mezzanine floor along with a roof-long window along the eastern wall allowing an ample amount of morning rays to enter the house.
