We listen to our clients and understand their needs and expectations to which we will be providing them with specific professional services.

Our team analyse the project’s context and data’s provided by the client. We also completely analyse the site to achieve an understanding of the site, in terms of its context, constraints and opportunities. It allows the designer to design a climate responsive building and come up with innovative problem solving techniques.

We translate our understanding and analysing result into physical drawings. In this phase we provide schematic Design with spatial derivation of a site plan, floor plans, elevations and often illustrative sketches.

We calculate the likely expenditures associated with the project as close to accuracy as possible.

In this phase we handover the client entire set of “Good for construction “drawings in both hard and soft copy as required.
